Hi guys,
it's recently come to my attention that for some bezerk reason,
everybody is screaming 'RIPPERS OF MY WORK ON FLICKR'
while, with the lot of you, you're work is "Some rights reserved. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 License."

Now the issue is, the most minimal way of getting even 1 sort of CC license,
it will always say 'Some Rights Reserved', as you grant your fans online to download your work, and post it somewhere else, as long as your names on it.

Quote: to Share — to copy, distribute and transmit the work

So the folk are now going to flickr, type in their name, and, viola!
"OHMIGOSH I BEEN RIPPED!"

...no, not really, your names on it, they didn't do anything wrong as long as it doesn't conflict anything in the CC policy, if you acquired the Commercial etc version of CC licenses,
then you even grant them the right to edit your pictures/artworks, put their own name under it, and sell it to Pepsi, Lay's Crisps, or for the Japanese to use it on a bottle of Tempura,

Please check the licensed status of your work before posting a ripping journal,
also, changing the policy on a work NOW, when it's already POSTED, will only make you look good, as officially they will still be in their right to use your picture because they did it before you changed policy.

For more information about Creative Commons License please go to Creative Commons dot Org www.creativecommons.org/

Have a nice day! :D

this is why you shouldn't use CC licenses for your work
